After the hearing many people feel that they just want to draw a line under it. There is nothing wrong with that.
I have spoken to my friends and family to warn them about the activities of these companies. I will make sure that the younger members of my family are aware of these predators when they start to drive. It really should be part of their test.
I have written to my MP. I will comment on the CoP. There is more than one way to hit these companies without the hassle of going through the court process again.

Are the likes of BWLegal so naive to think the courts are NOT watching them carefully considering the nuisance they make of themselves. As this case proves, it does not have to be the fake £60 that can strike out a case for Abuse of Process. Many more spankings can e expected.
And the rubbish the BWLegal bod said about Coupon-mad just shows how far they are out of their depth ? ....... THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE

The OP is biding her time and is in touch with me. There is certainly scope for a claim here.
Remember, as well as the PP Legal letter shockers (and everyone should read what they sent to her!) the original PCN was in fact illegal (issued in 2014 to a BB holder when the BPA CoP said a PPC 'must not' issue one). And as well as the argument about GDPR data breach and harassment, there is also 'misleading actions' under the CPUTRs and harasment of a disabled person contrary to the EA 2010.
I have wording ready for a counter claim like that, so a claim could use the same wording.
The above arguments are already written for someone else that me and the 'Brighton ladies' are helping. But littlewadie is best waiting until the counter-claims have been tested because it's a detailed legal argument to make and have accepted by a Judge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The court was
Darlington County Court - District Judge Read - Case Number F0DP1T3F
I can post more information if needed, I don't think I included all the correspondence between PP legal and myself on here, I could if that helps. ** Edit, I checked back and I have included all emails around pages 15 - 16 -17 I think***

Interesting that Will Hurley sees constant contact and the threat of writing to his home address as harassment - whereas I cannot see the difference between that and an obvious deceitful request by a parking company to the DVLA for a keeper’s personal details, followed by the relentless demands for payment.5

Bullies like to dish it out, but never enjoy a smack on their own snout! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
