Well that is interesting, now I am assuming that will hold a lot of weight in court?
What would my arguing point be, No agreement full stop or that the company doesn't exist or both ?

In case number F1DP92KF, District Judge Simon Middleton said in Truro County Court on the 3rd of July 2020 that "Claire Williams could not have signed the contract on behalf of the owner because she is not a director of the owner."

This applies to both parties in the scammer's alleged contract because neither of them were directors of the owner nor claimant. 

Ah, so I can argue that they have no authority to issue PCN as no agreement with the landowner exists?

No landowner authority with or flowing from the landowner. 
Client does not exist (CBRE Investors). c/o means care of, which just means the alleged client is using another company's address for service.
Companies Act 2006 authorised signature failures including the judgement I quoted.
Redactions in contract and the judgement from the court of appeal (persuasive) case.

Exactly, but there is no need to mention him. You just mention that there is no A Pettit registered at Companies House as a director or company secretary in the company's filing history in September 2014. The filing history is the company's own documents/information, so they can hardly dispute it.

Well, thank you all for the additional information on the agreement, I will add everything to my points I am already arguing & the other law breaking points Coupon-mad has pointed out for me for my WS.
After the trial, is there any information that would be useful to put on here afterwards, besides hopefully, the fact that I spanked Premier Park Ltd & BW all the way to the bank.

A court report - the result(!), court location, Judge's name, court claim number, did the PPC field an advocate, what did they have to say, what did you say, what did the Judge say, on what point(s) did the Judge make his/her decision, did you get your costs (ordinary and additional) ......
