Maybe re=type it so we can actually work out what went on, as I got lost.
Did you serve it on a recognised email address, one that has been used before? Did the out of office reply give you an alternate address to use?2 -
I sent all emails from the address used previously in all correspondence, I rang the court this morning and they said as long as I have my proof of sending the emails, that is fine, which I cc my other email address in and all emails came through to it. I have given all my details to the court and everything is a go for next week, so fingers crossed it goes ahead this time.
I am unsure as to when I am supposed to receive the bundle from BW, I know the cut off is 12pm the working day before the court date to send the bundle to them, but is it the same for me or can they just send it anytime?
They have stated if anything is urgent to send to disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk, but I never sent it to this address as I sent to the two different solicitors / paralegals I have dealt with previously.

Surely they would be aware they had a court date set for next week, I have had my letter for about a month, I also emailed them with the extra letters from PP Legal, stating that the judge has allowed them to be submitted, I also included the court details then too, it would be highly unprofessional for them to not know the court date.1

No, i said did you send to a recognised email. Nothing about the email account you are using.
Its the same for them. They have the same deadline as you.3 -
I sent to the emails address I have been using from the beginning, it is the same one that they have used to contact the court too.
I have spoken to the court again and they said that BW sent their bundle on the 3rd August, which does not include mine, as I only sent it to them yesterday. The court told me I need to contact them, as it is their responsibility to have everything sent to the court, including mine. I have since sent them another email stating I have not received any notification of what has been sent and I would like to check everything was included. I got an out of the office reply again.

I think this may be one of the rare times when you should call them - we know that they record calls - to make sure they know that you know that they have been blanking you, and that they have deliberately submitted a bundle to the court that does not include your input, thereby seeking to mislead the court ... something you will raise with the judge.3

When does it say they
l be back?
use the urgent email as well. No reason not to. Refer them to the court order if X date which REQUIRES them to produce a single bundle to the court, and they are currently in breach of this order.2 -

Thank you for your email. I am currently out of the office. I do not have access to my e-mails. Should your query be urgent, I would ask that you contact; T: 0113 468 3022 Email: disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk BW Legal will not be put on notice of any documents received to this e-mail address in my absence. This message has been sent automatically.
This is the reply to my emails.
I sent an email to the above dispute resolution, I cc both parties and the court, stating they have not submitted my bundle along with theirs and are in breach of the order as well as deciveing the court.
I tried calling the number but it is a dead line.
