Right-click the JPG file, select "Properties" and then click the "Details" tab. Although not as vast as viewing all Exif data, the resulting list contains important data, such as dates, camera settings, GPS, resolution, bit depth, size, user tags and the Windows account owner.

It is a paper copy not digital, I only really took notice when going back through BW's WS. I will make a note of it though.

Yes you send it to BW legal. On the day you take proof of what you sent to BW and if there are any issues - not everythig you sent was included in the bundle they sent to the court - you ensure this is proven in court, try to get their claim kicked out for breach of court order - and a serious one, one which must disadvantage you the defendant - and complain to the SRA. 
I would be shocked if they tried to play games in this way. 

I did not include it in my WS, as I received theirs after I submitted mine, I was going to question it in court but alas it was adjourned as my court date was the day everything went into lockdown, even though we were already at court and speaking to the judge, BW's rep could not attend due to self isolating.
It is still on my list of points to argue on their repeated lies printed in the WS they submitted.
As for proof, I do have that, as I receive an automated response each time I send them something, to say it was received.
I am just getting nervous again, I am confident in my WS as my evidence is solid, I was mentally prepared for my day in court, for it to all go belly up, now, although I fought the telephone hearing, after the second adjournment and a further letter saying it is going to be a telephone hearing, I could not get out of it. I just don't want to say anything stupid or let them confuse me and them  win any argument because of it.

That sign, in that form, does not exist on the site in quesiton yet they claimed it does. 
No, i mean proof of what you sent, not when you sent it. LIteraly a copy of your sent items showing you emailed a bundle, here is the bundle...etc.

Can anyone please advise, I am sending documents to BW and it keeps coming back as blocked, is it the files I have attached, they are all PDF but a lot of them.

"it keeps coming back as blocked". Is that all it says?

 Sending several emails with fewer docs on each might be one way around it.

Yep. They clearly have a mail limit, you exceeded it so the mail was blocked. Send as many emails. 10 and 25mb are the most common limits.

None of my files were that large, at first I sent all the PDF together in 1 single combined file, but then I condensed it down to 3 documents per email, that still didn't work, I got lost with which were sent and which bounced back, so I separated all my files and sent each one individually.
now I got confirmation that it had arrived on the first email, which informed me that both parties at BW who I sent it to are out of the office, whether that is because of the time or just in general I don't know. But following emails I received nothing, so I used another email account and sent them both emails stating I had sent 22 emails containing all documents to be included in the electronic bundle, I got a email to confirm it had arrived but they were out of the office, so I am not confident that they have gone through and I will wake up to a lot of undelivered mail alerts.
Any suggestions on this, would it be my fault they never received them?
