In all honesty I would draw an line under it, never use the car park again, stay safe and have a good Christmas.

I have in the past given his business a very good write up on Google and I am shocked that he would engage them.

You just couldn't make it up! They have sent her a cheque for £7.40! Either they are just taking the !!!!!! or they have donkey's working in their company. I will be on the phone tomorrow to get the the 10 pence that is outstanding. It states clearly on the order it was £7.50. Do they not understand this!3

I hear Mickey Mouse wears an Elms Legal watch ...
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.3 -
lmao! I couldn't help myself and I called on behalf on Chelsea. Gave both reference numbers and they didn't work. The guy on the phone didn't know what to do. I was like well I have a compliment slip from your company on behalf of Excel who owe me money. He asked how much and I said a massive 10 pence. It went quiet. I said 10pence is 10 pence, ya know! Anyway, we got there in the end after being put on hold twice, it's being sorted. They are going to transfer the outstanding. Result! I'm starting to enjoy all of this.
