  • I think that Chelsea did really well to go to court and fight this out and she should be proud of herself. The experience will not do her any harm. It's a life skill to be able to argue your point.

In all honesty I would draw an line under it, never use the car park again, stay safe and have a good Christmas.

BTW, I will never, ever use an Excel/VCS car park again.

It  would be better if you never used any retail outlet which supported them.

Actually DPD, where I live most car parks are free all day even my local station. It was on a car park near a mainline station that I was ticketed. I now travel from a different station.

Yes, but the way things are going for Excel/VCS and being some 80% down, doubt they would go in their own car parks

Did you know Beamer that SRS charges his own staff for parking on the car park at Excel/VCS? I wonder if they get tickets?  Maybe JB has even been ticketed on the staff car park. Perhaps he has has a permit that slipped off or he may have left the site to get a sandwich.

When things are back to normal and I visit the owner of this car park's main business I may tell him about my experiences with this company without any reference to the OP or their case which would not be appropriate.

I have in the past given his business a very good write up on Google and I am shocked that he would engage them.

You just couldn't make it up! They have sent her a cheque for £7.40! Either they are just taking the !!!!!! or they have donkey's working in their company. I will be on the phone tomorrow to get the the 10 pence that is outstanding. It states clearly on the order it was £7.50. Do they not understand this!
