"The rep sounded like the Grim Reaper."

I guess that they did not want Chelsea to show because they knew that they were doomed. >:)
No doubt but you know they should really seek the help of a real lawyer before they bring their daft claims to court
  • The pictures sure did help the judge understand how small the car park was. The effort was well worth it. Do we get some kind of confirmation letter in days to follow and a transcript to put on here to help others?

You will get the court order giving the reason but not a transcript as such.   Copy and post the court order on here please.

Not worth buying a transcript as they are expensive. If you were appealing you may have to buy one but obviously you are not.

Do you know the name of the rep? There was a barrister that was told off by the judge for dressing like Harry Potter. I think that he is not longer practicing now.

Actually he was a solicitor advocate.  He now appears to have joined forces with Paul Bohill of DCBL (can't pay we'll take it way).

He was called Alan Blacker and other title's. He looks a bit like Hagrid and when Daniel mentioned the rep in the long black coat I thought that he may have rocked up at Elms.

"Judge David Wynn Morgan, sitting at Cardiff Crown Court, told him: ‘If you want to look like something out of Harry Potter you can forget coming to this court ever again."
