  • You were not told to blur the names out. Dont.
There is no personal data in a commercial contract
Why are you assuming that the OP has done this?

Yes, its Nigel Kirk. I did blur the names out. I am struggling for time on this case as my work is very busy for me. What about the sign on entering. There are no terms and conditions on it so how does this hold water?
Maybe because he said he'd done so.  Are you a forum moderator?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sorry - I missed that. (I did look but still didn't see it). No need for sarcasm ... just because I'm a new forum member doesn't mean I haven't been lurking for a long time.

The tone of your question to @nosferatu1001 was rather pointed, suggesting that nos was wrong. Posts need reading, regardless of how long anyone has been here - lurking or otherwise.

I'll admit that my wording could have been "softer" ... but this wouldn't be the first time nos has accused someone of such pointless redaction when in fact it had been the PPC/legals who did it. (I'm not going searching for it, but I have seen such accusations).

I could have sworn @Umkomaas's earlier post said "nos" but it now shows @? (I must have imagined it).

PS - I've sent you a PM. Hopefully that will help explain things. :)

As it is unlikely to be his real name does it matter?
