Hi,
Just popping in to say hello, and to apologise for not being around for the last two months or so, my health had deteriorated (not covid related) so I had just taken some time out to get myself back to a manageable level before I attempted to log on..... I couldn't, my password wouldn't work and I tried a good few times so had to reset myself but that didn't work either so I had to wait till I could get in contact with MSE towers who helped me and I am back in action...
Not much potting going on as I haven't really been out to use or spend money, but I think like others I will be using card more then cash for now, but looking at my signature I haven't declared for a while but I am now up to £230 in my Christmas pot courtesy of Quidco and TopCashback sites, I have managed to get £80 via a claim which has become payable and converted my rewards points from my credit card into Amazon vouchers (where I save for Christmas) so not much to go to get to £365 but I think it will be a scaled back Christmas this year in relation to presents and I may keep the vouchers for myself. I have tried hard not to spend, its soo easy with online shopping.
Stay safe and well as you can keep washing your hands even if you keep the hygiene up you just don't know about others that may have touched things before you.

#36Getting there ... up to £335 now. Looks like I might have to 'up' my target.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3661

I'm running behind this year by a couple of months - normally ahead of my target but life sometimes throws a spanner in the works. I will add to my pot next week when my salary arrives into the bank and add some extra each month as catch up.
There is nothing as good as when the pots get opened ready for the Christmas spend, even though I think it will be very different from what we have been accustomed to this year.£2 coin savings club 2025 #1 £166 (2024 £692; 2023 £754; 2022 £472; 2021 £256; 2020 £358; 2019 £512; 2018 £404; 2017 640)Saving for Xmas 202 £1 a day #4 £365 / £365 3-6 month emergency fund challenge #48 £10,030 Save a penny a day 2024 #32 £ . / £667.95 £1000 emergency fund challenge #232 £1,007/ £1,000 (achieved Nov 2020)1 -
