                    🎄 Getting ready for Christmas 2020 - save £1 a day challenge 🎄
I know a few of us have enjoyed doing this challenge over the years so I thought I'd host it again this year, please let me know if someone else has already started, if not here we go
The Aim: To save a £1 a day from 1st December 2019 to 30th November 2020. How you save your £1 doesn't really matter, whether it be a £1 in a tin, an on-line account or anywhere else that suits you.
We will open our tins or have access to our accounts on 1st December 2020 and declare total amounts saved.
Then it's spend, spend, spend for Christmas 2020 on whatever you like.
You soon get into the habit of putting a £1 a day away and just think this time next year you will have a healthy chunk of money towards the expense of Christmas
If you would like to join in pop your name down and I will allocate a number for you.
Please note, I have copied some of last year's information for the beginning of this thread

I can’t make up my mind on this, and I’ve given it far more thought than it deserves! Historically, I’ve never spent more than £550 so I don’t need to double up like I did for Xmas 2019 and then fail to meet target - like 2019!
I think I’ll stick for now and extend once I’ve hit it, as that will take the pressure off. :rotfl: triple choc chip is that £550 or £366?
 I think I might try for bit more this year, leaving it at £366 for the time being and see where I'm up to in a few months new challenge?£1 a day for Christmas 2024 £367 / £366 ~Got married 24/05/19 ~ Credit CardDFW Nerd #1155 ~LBM 25/2/09 ~ Debt at highest £8,037.35 ~ £00 new challenge?£1 a day for Christmas 2024 £367 / £366 ~Got married 24/05/19 ~ Credit CardDFW Nerd #1155 ~LBM 25/2/09 ~ Debt at highest £8,037.35 ~ £00
