The restriction is the least of your problems. The location in Wealdstone is the biggest problem. Can't you find a house in a better area than Wealdstone?  Those properties are all in Harrow and Wealdstone go and walk around Wealdstone town centre.   They are not in Pinner or Stanmore or Harrow or any other place that the developers are trying to sell them as being they are in Wealdstone.  The prices are way out of line for the worst area of Harrow.  Much too expensive for that area.

Why do you think that they are not being advertised as being in Wealdstone?  Why do you think that they are being advertised as Harrow Weald or Pinner View or Harrow or Stanmore or all the other places that they are not in?  It is because local people don't want to live in Wealdstone so the developers are relying on people buying there who do not know the area.  There are some very expensive parts of Stanmore, Harrow, Pinner, and Harrow Weald. There are no expensive parts of Wealdstone it is all cheaper housing than elsewhere because local people try to avoid living there.

Welcome to the same wall we've all banged our head against trying to explain the same thing!!  lol

Wealdstone is a dump and on top of that the development int even in close proximity to decent central london transport links to make it a worthwhile dump! 600k to live there is just laughable!
