Build quality does vary from site to site and you need to make sure that the homes are well built. Try to talk to some existing residents and find out how they are getting on with their new homes before comitting to anything.
BBC News - Persimmon lacks minimum house standards

Although there really is no excuse for missing vital safety features out of new homes and Persimmon (and others) do need holding to account for these mistakes.0 -
This property is 1380 sq foot total indoor floor space. I think its good value per foot0

If you want to buy it then go for it but that many bedrooms with only 1380ft2 is really not very big at all not with 4/5 beds! Being new build though you're overpaying just because it's new. Expect it to be worth a lot less that what you pay for a really long time.
Do you work in the area or drive to work? As others have said beware that its not actually close to harrow! You'd probably be looking at an additional 30 mins a day walking to and from the Harrow and wealdstone station and Harrow on the Hill tube is probably longer involving a bus ride.
Plus I have to say travelling through the area every day to and from work i really wouldn't want to be living in that area. With 650k budget you've got to be able to find something nicer surely?
Also single parking space for 4/5bed house and almost a 100% guarantee of restricted parking/permit parking issues meaning either you or your SO will always be fighting for a parking space or constantly watching the windows to check for parking wardens! Those who risk nothing, Do nothing, achieve nothing, become nothingMFW #63 £0/£5000 -

----Edit Snip--- (sorry i got my info wrong)
What what would your 65K deposit allow you to buy if you headed a bit further out of town? Especially if you commute into central london your options of location are massive. Those who risk nothing, Do nothing, achieve nothing, become nothingMFW #63 £0/£5000 -
When i compare new builds this one is probably the only decent one in london which is not town house. And is quiet large. This is why im considering it. I will take 40% equity. i can pay off 30-40% of the morgage and remorgage the equity at 5 years. Or pay off equity in lump some percentage after 2 3 years0

Fair enough. If you like the house and like the area then go for it.
