TomBo took me out for a drive today, although he wanted to take me to the Kelpies he drove straight by due to missing the turn off. What I saw of the sculptures looked impressive.

I've also told him a few areas I want to see and he will be taking me to them over the next few months. They were on my location list when buying, but would have been awkward to get to work from.

Had a nap when I got back and lifted a cabbage when I got up, dropped some round to SIL for the furballs.

    Having roast pork for tea.

    Moved some money to savings.

£150 in the bank, £2 is bank fee. 17 days until payday.

Yes regarding work pension ( If i retire early at 55-60 I will get £6k-11k but i dont think my health will hold out till 60) &  I looked into state pension when i did my tax rebate,  l need to pay another 9 years into state pension to get full pension as i used to work part time.

SW you could always switch to temp cover work for a couple of years, working as and when. Although you will probably be ok retiring early with a lodger. If you can save a little each month and not touch it, that will help you to retire early. That's why I do like my accounts with another bank as it feels totally separate to my normal money.

    Thanks SH
It's a good thing to focus on as so many doors can open when I've remortgaged or paid it off.

Was up at 4am, bedroom was boiling and I've decided to work flexi.

I'm thinking of informally changing my hours then I can potentially form a routine ready for when I'm back in the office, dreading it as I'm exhausted.

Got a few other people off over the next week or so, means I'm not getting constant streams of emails, managed to clear some work today and keep it down.

Had another leaving gift to contribute to, never known so many people to be leaving in such a short space of time.

Baked a cake after I logged off, then popped to the chemist; I must have looked dreadful as they offered to drop the rest of my meds down when they came in 🤣

Watered the garden and need to do some adjustments tomorrow as the rain has caused a growth spurt.

Had bolognese for tea, just about to have cake and ice cream.
