Hi there
When I signed up for this deal last month I was advised there was £30 cash back plus a hotel room but have heard nothing since on the hotel. Could anyone advise when I will hear about the hotel?
Many thanks

Hi, I am about to move into a 3 bed house with my girlfriend. I haven't had to deal with gas and electricity for a few years since uni and therefore wondered what deal people recommend? I would say we would be average users, we would be working mon-fri and wouldn't spend too much time in the house at weekends. Just looking for the best/cheapest deal whether it be short term or long term. Hoping someone else has been in a similar situation recently and could offer advice. Thanks.0

Hi Scott_F1
May I enquire, have you actually read the article yet?
If so, what exactly are you struggling with understanding?0 -

Hi Gerry
My deal was with NPower, I am not sure if you are able to help with this?
Thank you for your response though.
Kind regards

Hi. Have british gas just hiked fuel prices? I only ask as my mum has just had a bill of £288 for a Quater just for gas when she has a monthly direct debit of £45 for gas.0

Please help! I'm with EDF at mo and deal is about to finish. Prices have increased hugely in past year. Do I pay more and fix for three years or pay less and fix for one year risking prices being higher than extra payments paid on three year deal?! Very confusing....0

No, no general price increase by British Gas in the last quarter.
Has your mum perhaps just come off a fixed term tariff?
However, by the costs, it looks more likely this is a ctach up bill. Are any meter readings estimated on that bill just received?
If not, she's used more gas. If this is going to occur on a ongoing basis, she should advise the supplier of the new anticipated annual consumption so a more realistic monthly payment could be set. Also worth checking the comparison sites with this revised annual usage as there may be a better option now.0 -

Your choice.:) As the article says:You need to balance savings now against price certainty.0 -

Thanks, this bill was estimated but the last one wasn't and no she hasn't just come off any plans. Thing is she's hardly ever in the house and is quite fuel conscious.
Going to get her to ring up and see if this is what she is going to be paying from now on, at the moment I'm not sure whether to put this New payment into the compare sites or her normal DD .0
