Hearing on the 11th of November so I've got until the 28th to file everything.

Is this the same case as that in your opening post, because the parking firm throughout the early exchanges here was shown as ParkingEye. But Gladstones don't operate with ParkingEye - can you unravel this please?

Yes it is gladstones solicitors. They are representing the hotel next to the train station.

Umkomaas meant who is the Parking company ? its not the hotel they are representing , its the parking company and we do not believe that its Parking Eye, despite your initial posts in this thread

the claimant is listed on the claim form, plus on any pcn too , never mind on the signage

It's all part of the game they play, they want you to give in.  Can you tell us what they have said to make you worry, I am certain it will be their normal rubbish which we can answer

The witness statement they included has 38 points in there backing their case. Huge 48 page booklet. Should I include everything?

Are you saying you've read Gladstones threads and NOT found witness statements?  What about HX Gladstones threads?

Jeez we see them a few times a month.

You cannot be looking properly if you state you have not found ANY GLADSTONES WRITTEN witness statements. They are everywhere. LIterally everywhere.

It also does not explain how this thread started with Parking Eye and morphed into HX , but as Gladstone's are involved it may well be HX because Parking Eye do their own litigation. Clarity would be a good idea here

This has nothing to do with the hotel , except that may be the incident location

Hi all, I've been through so many gladstones hx threads and still struggling very much. It's all so overwhelming and I've had to take days off work to do this but I just don't know what to do? I have till the 28th to submit everything and I'm just worried and stressed about this whole situation. I have all the pictures of the parking lot ready and I kind of have a witness statement very similar to the one I posted in this thread earlier. I just need some clear guidance, reading all these threads is really confusing me a lot. and yes I've been through the newbies thread endless amount of times.
