You will have to try to explain your situation in words and/or pictures.  No one is going to offer you a video call.  NOW if you receive any offers you should be very wary, particularly if the guarantee to sort it if you PAY.
I've updated the first message now explaining the situation best I can.

So have you filed a Defence or not?

If you have, then please show us exactly what you have filed - suitably redacted of course.

Why on earth have you over-written your opening post?

You are now saying that you have a hearing in ten days. That means you have already filed a Defence, yet you say " I'm struggling to write up a valid defence".

You have either written and filed a Defence or you do not have a hearing in ten days. Which is it?
To be honest I'm confused how it all works. I've AOS and now struggling to write a defence. 8th of Jun was when i had the claim form so my hearing should be on the 6th correct? in 10 days?

No, that is not correct. A hearing is months away.

Are you saying that the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form is 8th June?

On what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
Your MCOL Claim History will answer that.

With a Claim Issue Date of 8th June, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 8th July 2020 to file your Defence.
That's nearly two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create and file a Defence, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Right ok thanks thats cleared things up.
I think it was this bit below that scared me mostly.
"Once allocated to your local court, you WILL be given a clear date by which YOU MUST file the evidence ('exhibits') and any Witness Statement (i.e. yours - YOU are the witness).
At witness statement stage (usually NOT LATER THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR HEARING!don't forget to file the evidence you will rely upon, which should at least includ..."

Why not read the second post of the NEWBIES thread - link in my earlier post?

In there amongst loads of other good stuff you will find a link to a 'what happens when' post written by bargepole.
