Yes that's a good point. Once I receive the letter in the post I'll be back with an update and then we'll see where we go from there.

I received the letter from the court.
I don’t understand fully since I did not get a single phone call only voicemails. I even have proof that it wouldn’t let me join the conference call. I double checked my phone wasn’t on silent or blocking unknown callers or anything. I’m 100% my phone just didn’t ring.

they lost, you won. 

Essentially because they DIDNT provide a number, and you did, so while they couldn't get hold of you, you had complied with the order and they didn't.

How do you get a voicemail without receiving a call?
Your phone received a call which went to voicemail.

Anyway, that doesn't matter. As C-M said earlier, expect the Claimant to kick up a fuss.

From the order, they failed to comply with the telephone hearing order and so their sanction is the claim being struck out.

You won - and you are probably safe from them objecting to this Order because they didn't provide a phone number.  It wasn't just that they couldn't be reached, so they broke the terms of the previous Order.

I was sat with my phone infront of me the whole time expecting a call. On iphones just like receiving a text it popped up saying 1 new voicemail.
