So do what @henrik777 suggests and record it happening and email and ring the court immediately on an other phone, in case that one rings again.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've recorded the call, on the phone with the court right now. The main thing for me is that it says DO NOT CALL the court if you miss a call but I never received a call from them anyways.Coupon-mad said:So do what @henrik777 suggests and record it happening and email and ring the court immediately on an other phone, in case that one rings again.2 -
UPDATE
The court on the phone said they would speak to the judge about trying an alternative number.
Couple minutes later they called me back and said to me that the claim has been struck out. The phone operator didn't have any details but he said I'll be receiving a letter in the post shortly. Essentially there is no longer a claim anymore.5 -

I wonder if neither party could be reached on the phone. This worries me because you will find that the Claimant will apply for a new hearing if they had the same issue as you did. Keep all your paperwork and don't hold your breath, no celebrations yet! You are unlikely to get costs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
