My whole argument is about the location being that of a trap because it is directly next to the train station. No lighting, lack of signage, unmarked bays. How one can be mislead into thinking this is the drop off/ pickup point.

Please don't say in court there was a contract between you.

There wasn't.

There couldn't be.

Your arguments say so. Add to what you have by saying that as you didn't pay there couldn't have been a contract.

I have just received voicemails from the court to join a conference call.
'please press *1 to join'
I do that and it takes me back to the voicemail menu everytime.
I have full signal, I wasn't on a call. My phone didn't even ring.
