Hi was just wondering What I have to do now. I submitted my defence and the portal says defence received.
just wondered what I'm waiting for now?0

Why have you given up on the guidance in the second post of the NEWBIES thread?
The whole point of that thread is to save us from continually having to answer the question "what do I do next"?

You will have already read the following bold words...After filing your Defence, there is more to do...Read on from that point. And of course the whole process right up to any court hearing is fully described in the second post of the NEWBIES thread. 4

This doesn't get any easier! 🙄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I understand I need to do the questionnaire and the witness statement. I was just wondering in terms of do I have to ask for the questionnaire or what I haven't heard anything from the court or anyone for almost the entire month regarding this case. Like roughly how long till I will hear back to do the next steps?0

            Hi all,
So my hearing date has been confirmed and today I just received a letter from Gladstone's with the claimants witness statement. In their witness statement they have included lots of points and now I'm worried I may lose the case. I haven't submitted my witness statement or evidence just yet and I'm very worried about how it will turn out. They seem to be really confident in this and they also mentioned they are assuming their client will not be at the hearing aswell.

It's just a template; surely you've seen it before on all the other Gladstones threads? Same as all of them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's all part of the game they play, they want you to give in. Can you tell us what they have said to make you worry, I am certain it will be their normal rubbish which we can answerabz1000 said:Hi all,

Is this the same case as that in your opening post, because the parking firm throughout the early exchanges here was shown as ParkingEye. But Gladstones don't operate with ParkingEye - can you unravel this please?abz1000 said:Hi all,
