CPM Parking Appeal Rejected

They could send a supplementary WS but equally, they could cut the client's losses and discontinue the claim.
Sit tight and read the Directions for the new hearing carefully, as the new Judge might want all papers forwarded again by x date.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So guys, update today. I remember I received a letter from the court a year ago, saying my hearing has been moved between July/August this year. Annoying as heck.
Now today I received Gladstones' WS again. This shook me because I completely forgot about this court hearing. As previously stated, the original court date was July 2022. Now it's been moved to a new date sometime Summer 2023.
But I forgot the court date, and I don't want to be scrambling for that letter which has the new date on it. Where can I find my new court date? And should I e-mail Gladstones again with my statement?0 -

Of the three, I would just open your folder where you kept all the paperwork and read from it the date and time of the hearing.0 -

EDIT: tried calling the court, it's been an hour and still in a queue. Looks like there is a massive queue or no one there wants to pick up the phone.0 -
Do you know the case number, and which court? If yes then simply ring the court and ask them for confirmation. (Be prepared for a long hold time).
PS - if the Claimant's WS has arrived with you, that should be a clue that your WS is due now, if not already overdue. (I'm assuming you haven't already filed your WS).Jenni x1 -

(I'm assuming you haven't already filed your WS).I did everything a year ago, was set and ready for the court hearing before they postponed it. I am angry when I received the notice, and now I'm angry again. Especially I had to wait a YEAR.
Do I have to re-submit my WS again?

Ok so I finally got through to the court.
Got my date and time for the hearing (20th July). Thank goodness it doesn't clash with my holiday I have coming.
Also got confirmation that I need to send an e-bundle to the court at least 4 days before the hearing.
Need to refresh my memory on the events.2
