What does the court paperwork say regarding by when you must file and serve on all parties "documentation which you intend to rely upon in court" (or similar wording)? Have you received the claimant's witness statement? (That should be a big clue if you have, as they tend to leave it as close as possible to the relevant date).Jenni x1

Trainerman said:Did you not re-draft your defence with Jopson v Homeguard, as advised??It would seem to be a very strong point for you, yet I am not sure that your WS refers to it, though I admit I did skim read it.
What I did notice was it that it needs editing for grammar and readability. Examples - para 6 one of the signs are IS, para 7 seems to say that you saw a sign on returning to car ? I would not say that.. Para 8 remove "came back and leave the car park with my vehicle" Para 11 it is not a fine, para 12 needs tidying. etc etc
I know it sounds pedantic, but the better it reads, the better the effect on the person reading it.Coupon-mad said:Not ready yet. No-one uses the Crosby case.
That's not using the more recent wording from the WS bundles that I advised you to base it on.0 -

Also update, just received the Claimant's Witness Statement by the post this morning.
One of their exhibits is clearly incorrect. The exhibit with a map, showing the all the signs posted around the building. One yellow circle (with the x below) was NOT placed there, while the green dot (I edited there) showed where the sign was actually.

Do I have to return to the flat and take pictures? Because I may have a feeling things have changed since 2019 when I was living there.0 -
Will Google Street View for the location show any relevant photos? (There's a slider/control that lets you go back in time).Jenni x1
