    To the OP - I'd really appreciate an update on your case (assuming it goes ahead this week) as I have a hearing in a couple of weeks involving all the same stooges - UKCPM, Gladstones and even Network Homes!

    Also, did Gladstones update the Claimant's Witness Statement they sent you last year or just re-send it? Would you be able to share this as I haven't yet received mine (would be good to see an example) and can only see one of their Exhibits in the link you posted last year.

    Sorry KeithP, I went to a wedding abroad a day later and I completely forgot about this.

    I apologise for being selfish. Yes the case got dismissed. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. If I posted this even up to yesterday, I'll be lots of !!!! and caps used celebrating! (lol)

    But another case that I didn't know about happened, and I got a CCJ. So that dampened this win.
