You must also advise the County Court Business Centre of your new address.
Send them an email, same address that you used for your Defence, quoting the Claim Number and 'change of address' in the title.4 -
Got my DQ (and completed it) and while I know I can send it off in the mail, can I just e-mail the DQ instead?
Especially to the Claimant (UKPCM/Gladstones).0 -

Especially to the Claimant (UKPCM/Gladstones).
Items 8, 9 and 10 seem pertinent.
Here they are again...There are no new questions here.

So I have a court date set for 28th July (this month).
Do I need to just bring a crib sheet with me?0 -
Have you filed and served your Witness Statement + Evidence?
It's 5 months since you last posted - what have you done in that period (re. this case)?Jenni x2 -

The NEWBIES thread has a section with a RED heading in capitals, called:
IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN
Read that and get back up to speed sharpish. If you haven't yet done a WS and evidence bundle then look at the examples by @wobs2k @aphex007 and @Daiapolon2021PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did you not re-draft your defence with Jopson v Homeguard, as advised??It would seem to be a very strong point for you, yet I am not sure that your WS refers to it, though I admit I did skim read it.
What I did notice was it that it needs editing for grammar and readability. Examples - para 6 one of the signs are IS, para 7 seems to say that you saw a sign on returning to car ? I would not say that.. Para 8 remove "came back and leave the car park with my vehicle" Para 11 it is not a fine, para 12 needs tidying. etc etc
I know it sounds pedantic, but the better it reads, the better the effect on the person reading it.The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3 -

That's not using the more recent wording from the WS bundles that I advised you to base it on.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
