Therefore GDPR is no longer valid.
LOL!  All relevant EU laws were incorporated into English Law about 2 years ago.  That's why we have a DPA 2018.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • A SAR goes to their DPO, as clearly to,d (and obvious, when you consider it)

1 Brexit is irrelevant , as is the UK leaving the EU 11 months ago

2 the SAR goes to the DPO of the parking company , the fact that the solicitors may issue a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton whilst you are waiting for the SAR reply from the PPC is irrelevant

3 the put on hold for 30 days reply goes to Gladrags , which they will reject regardless

Prepare for the court claim after emailing the SAR

You send SARs to the DPO, you send data rectification notices to the DPO, you send the "put on hold for seeking debt advice" to the litigation/enquiries team.

Guys, sorry for the bump but today I received a claim form. They are still going for this. Ridiculous.

EDIT: Done the AOS. Now, to do the defense?

I expect @KeithP will be along shortly to give you some deadlines for submitting the defence and the guidance for help with writing the defence, unless of course, you have already found it (having read the NEWBIE sticky).

With a Claim Issue Date of 12th November, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 15th December 2021 to file your Defence.

That's nearly four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
