    But it shows that the PDF is of a later sign. Not relevant evidence at all.

    Not the same sign because charging extra for calls to helplines was made illegal a good few years ago.
    I personally think the PDF is an older version of the sign, since the one on the night is a 0345 number (and that's a free number).
    Either way though, they printed the wrong version and if the Claimant dares (or the judge) to use that as evidence, I'll counter it.

    Castle said:
    It also proves that the 0845 sign wasn't there; despite their "witness" claiming it was.
    (0845 numbers have been banned since July 2014).
    Yes, that's fantastic. Also thanks for noting that it has been banned from July 2014. Will use that to my advantage.

    Another thing I picked up in their WS:
    ===
    46. As can be seen from the site map at Exhibit GS-3, the Site is relatively small yet there are thirteen signs
    that explicitly advised motorists of the terms of parking at the Site and the consequences of not parking in
    accordance with the same. It is reasonable to assume that the Defendant would have seen those signs as
    they drove onto and parked at the Site. When parking on private land, the onus fell on the Defendant to
    ensure the Vehicle was parked in line with any advertised regulations.
    ===
    As pointed out earlier in this post, the site map's location of the sign is incorrect. Does that make that site map irrelevant?

    Yes, I expect a Judge will be unimpressed with it when you point that out.

    Hey, today is the last day before I need to send out the WS. Is there anything else I'm missing? (besides tidying up the fonts).

    Not yet!

    You are not trying to 'distinguish' your case from Jopson v Homeguard. You should be saying your case is the same!

    I didn't read right to the end.

    But why don't you have Excel v Wilkinson as an exhibit as seen in all the examples of other WS?

    Remove all this repetition (below) and don't say you were rushing and not looking! Don't say there was 'no passenger to tell me there was signage' nor that you got a paper cut & went to the loo. Not relevant:

    • 9. I made two trips up and down the building. When I first came back, there was no ticketer in sight. There was a second signage (exhibit E-02, E-03, E-06) on the wall, that I missed out because it was dark, and I was busy rushing to get the furniture and TV off my vehicle to park legally elsewhere.

    • 10. While I was carrying a heavy TV inside its box up the stairs, I got a papercut from the cardboard box. Went to my toilet to treat it as it was beginning to bleed. After my second trip to my flat, to my surprise when I returned there was a ticket on my windshield.

    • 11. I first went to the signage to read the smaller print that was unreadable from the car. It was dark and the text was way too small. As shown in one of the Claimant's photos (exhibit E-06), the photo had to be taken in flash in order to read the text to be visible and readable.

    • 12. There was no signage upon entrance either of the car park (exhibits E-01, E-03, E-04, E-05). The sign that was next to my vehicle, I never seen it prior to parking and when I parked, there was no passenger to notify me there's a signage (exhibit E-07).

    • 13. I saw the unregulated ticketer come back and had no sympathy for the situation and told me to appeal to UKCPM. I now had a £100 parking ticket (which has now increased to ~£170 since), because of the signages were put up in awkward places around the building.

    @Coupon-mad Okay I tidied up the format, added Excel v Wilkinson and removed the content you told me to. I also added in one more piece of evidence to prove I was living in the flat with a short reference (don't live there anymore).

    Hope that's it because it's submission time.

    What?? :/

    24 hours before the hearing, I get an e-mail saying that the judge has suddenly became unavailable and a new hearing date will be made.

    That p****** me off, I want this over and done with. This has been on my head since 2019!!

    Question guys. Can Gladstones resubmit their WS and do some changes while this case has been halted?

    !!!!!! ('cuse my language). But I was so close to ending this once and for all, then the judge moved it to an unknown date. This is not fair man, I'm tired of getting Gladstones and case letters.
