hi all just to let you know the £10 Dvd Mikomi 287 multi region hack works ok, but dvd wont play those retail quality asian dvds though , kids have a few knocing about from car boot sales .

Also it's multi region capable. On Currys page select product information and it tells you how to make it region free ! Don't waste any more time looking for Mikoni hacks;)

It's a top-loader. I just took back the one I bought from Argos, and bought this one. The hack on the Currys site wroks perfectly!

Thanks for this, have just reserved a couple of Matsui ones from Currys, now all I need to do is buy a couple of televisions to go with them. Does anybody have any suggestions on sets which may be good for childrens bedrooms?:j
