It's taken months but I've now cleared my email In Box to the point that there are only two in there that need to be dealt with. That's it; that Frog Monster job is done. There were thousands when I started. I've deleted and filed everything I think I should keep, and it'll now be much easier to go through those folders and delete everything I don't actually need but in the meantime they're not cluttering up the In Box visually.

That was on a list of Dusty Kitten's about five years ago. I'm a little behind, but I am getting there. Never think we take your lists for granted Natty and Valli, or underestimate how much difference you make in the real world.

I have a previously chaotic cluttered space in my life sorted thanks to Flyladies. It feels fab.
    Better is good enough.
  • Thanks HB for the reminder! My inbox also needs sorting!!
  • Coffee time again here

    HHI done
    WM on again
    TD on
DW loaded but will wait until I've had lunch
    CVs printed for DD2
    DD2 presents wrapped
    Packed for long weekend

Need to pop into town to get a printer for DD2, have been putting it off for ages but don't really know why. I will wrap it up and she can have it as a B'day present. She loves having lots of things to open, she is reluctant to ask for a new phone as she is worried she'll be disappointed if she doesn't have anything else to open especially surprises. She needs a new phone so we have got her one and a few other surprises. She is 21 after all. I musn't forget candles!

  • Been a less productive week than I hoped, as I finally succumbed to the lurgy the kids have been fetching up to my office with for the last four weeks. I've been feeling queasy for most of the time, but it got to Wednesday and I knew I couldn't manage another day feeling like that. Himself looked vaguely hopeful at the thought it could be *something else*, but, no. No way - as proven yesterday afternoon when I had the AF from Hell to deal with as well.

All I've done over the last couple of days before going back to work (and regretting it when the headache started by 10.30am) is the usual sink, washing up, countertops, hob and appliances so I could actually face eating something when he got in from work/at 10.30pm when I woke from my 3.15pm sitting on the bed to fold some clothes yesterday).

Finally had some proper food this evening, as he came bowling in from work and immediately started making something [strike]because I'd cleaned the kitchen of his mess from last night in ten minutes when I walked in the door[/strike].

Sitting down now and waiting for my medication delivery (fingers crossed it actually gets here this time) and then I'm going to go and veg out.

Hopefully, I'll feel more up to things tomorrow morning.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Well, I've done almost nothing very useful today...oopsie...

Did mean to scrub the downstairs wetroom, but got distracted by lunch out at a friend's house, then it was school pick up, then two gymnastics lessons, pizza, glass of Merlot and it can all wait until tomorrow now...

More rain predicted over the weekend, so I'm suspecting the big-boy trash pump with be employed to shift water from both ground wells to keep our house dry.

    Sigh....

Morning all. Hope you're all ok today and keeping warm.

Frosty here and I've put the heating on which I don't normally feel the need to do.

I've been lurking this week but not posting or flying. Been doing silly hours at the paid stuff, so glad I'm not full time all the time now.

Today I may flutter between dog walking and visitors. Need to get dressed first!

    Have a great day everyone.
