Congratulations Sue!  I also became a Great Auntie again yesterday to a beautiful baby boy  Bless him, he got stuck so his poor mum was pushing for over 5 hrs! Everyone is ok though so thats all that matters.
Ahh im glad what i'm feeling about rummaging through Dear Uncles stuff is normal, I know he wouldn't care but it still feels a bit wrong.
Another £60 in the pot yesterday, getting very excited for pot opening day!

    Baby Sonny

Thanks so very much little_sweetie, his name is Sonny, not very keen on that, but at least his parents are.
He weighed a healthy 6lb 15ozs. Our DGD looked as though she was pregnant, but always walked as she always has done! Amazing as from the back you'd never have even known she was pregnant.
Fingers tightly crossed for your DGCs, let's hope that bloomin virus was tightly contained in the class and that they will all recover well.
I see you're taking every possible precaution at the allotment, well done A, though I'd never have thought anything different. It will certainly do you good both physically and mentally.
Yes, D Day will be upon us in a flash, especially if it's like the rest of this year.

Many thanks indeed Ant, very kind of you. He's a very cute little fellah and is our 4th great grandson! No girls yet.

Thank you very much indeed, welshspendthrift, very kind for sure. It sounds as though you chose the right destination for your holiday, thank goodness!

Keep potting everyone, there's still a little way to go yet!!

Very many thanks siju, very kind indeed. As wonderful as grankiddies are they don't half age you!! 😳
That's an ideal way to"pot" your money for the future! As you rightly say, if you don't get extra anyway, why not save it that way and keep away from what cash just might bring your way, Covid wise.
I quite agree re clearing the home of a parent, exhausting is exactly how I'd describe it.
    Well done potting.

Thanks so very much for the wishes mummytummy.
Fingers crossed for you on Declaration Day.

Good morning to you too, Hetty
I hope all's well. It won't be long now til we all know exactly what we've saved!! 😍

So very many thanks jakes-mum. Ohh your poor great niece! :o Poor girl must have been shattered to say the least. Congratulations to uou all! They had to use the venthouse (vacuum) on Sonny's head, poor little fellah it looked awful, but our granddaughter assured us it was better than the birth day. SHE and their first child were let out at 10.30 the same night!!!!! 😲 Thankfully all's well with her, the little one too, but....!
    Excellent selling and potting!

Morning potters 😁. Congrats on all the baby news!  Nice to have some happiness in amongst it all.  My second great nephew isn’t due until December and my niece is currently under local lockdown in Manchester; they also manage a pub (for a chain) so that is different to normal but at least there are some salaries still coming in.  Potted £4 yesterday and this morning I’ve just order next year’s calendar and a diary planner, looking forward to better times 🙂. Trying to look at the silver lining of no commute until next Easter and then only going into the office part time as that’s our current scenario.  I’ll be staying safe at home with a ready supply of coffee of which I am definitely drinking more 😉

  • Gosh, all these new babies have brought happy thoughts and luck too!  I sold an item on fleabay yesterday so £13.71 after fees to go in the pot :)
Have a lovely day everyone. Wet and miserable here today but I've got lots to do including a bit of crafting this afternoon if I finish the other stuff quickly enough ;)
    Stay well x

Thank you all, we have had photo's sent and he's a little stunner (I may be biased, but I don't care) will be a long time before I get to see him as they are in wales :( BUT I have demanded more photos
Aww your little great grandson is a beauty Sue, despite making sure I can't have any more kids it seems it doesn't stop the biological clock ticking loudly with all these babies
A rather impressive (if I do say so myself) £120 in the pot today, made up of £100 saved through my bank thingy where you pay £4 and they then give you £7? and a £20 sale.  i'm starting to hope that my pots will not be as dire as I was fearing!
Stay safe everyone, and don't forget, it'll soon be christmas <3
    25 days to gooooooooooooo
