Scored day 5 out of 10 yesterday! :)

@cathybird, I'm actually feeling okay about it. I don't think my target is too bold this month. I have a lot of travelling to do, and I'm just trying to spend minimally when I have to. Halfway there in the month, halfway there on the target. :)

Well done wishus!! :) :T:T It's good to hear you are feeling okay. I really get the impression that sometimes people feel a mid-month slump. It is true there is such at thing as being too frugal and a lot of NSDs in a row can start feeling like a grind, I think.

SSDD23, that sounds like a pretty low-spend day to me - a bit like borollan with her fruit purchase yesterday and indeed Speky's coffee and a metro. :)
  • Hmm Cuppa tea and lunch has scuppered last 2 days, but hadn't managed to get to shops till last night with fixing my car.

Although Iv been cheeky, I realised local student cafe (cheap Cuppa any way at 1.60) will do just hot water for 40p!
and milk is on the side to help your self to, so took my own teabags = 1.20 saving, plus using my own takeaway mug = additional 20p in savings lol

Nsd today for me! Packed lunch and water lol

Well done MoneysavingmadGem ... hard to get a cheaper day than that lol. I've got you now on 5/10, that's right? even though the hot water is not free? ... Either way, good spot on your part :T:T:T

Declaring NSD 6 early, am off to family history at Chorley soon and no shops en route so no temptation
I’m feeling Positive Cathybird, treating myself to a mooch in the shops tomorrow to look at Christmas stuff, only allowing myself to buy a jumper, which I need
    Stop Buying **** We Don't Need :D
