Happy Holidays tie . Now relax, it's an order!! :xmassmile

Our teacher brought a few nibbles tonight. I ignored the cakes but she'd made Parmesan crisps which were delicious. Nothing in them but Parmesan so I'm counting them as my HEA2. They'd be ideal for a taster session. I'm going to try making them. :)

I'm home! Got home about 10am. Have done nothing but washing since we got in and had some marmite on toast for lunch!

Going to make a mixed bean goulash with rice for dinner tonight so I can do that without going shopping. That can wait until tomorrow when I'm not as tired!

I've done my menu plan until the end of the year but of course will be subject to change if I find anything worth picking up when I go shopping tomorrow.

Have put on about 10lbs over the last few weeks but fortunately was in bottom end of target range before holiday so only need to lose about 3lb to get back into range.

Have actually told consultant I won't be back to group until probably 9th Jan!

Haven't had a chance to read back what I've missed although I did manage to get on line a couple of times whilst we were away and read a bit but not much so I'll just say - well done to the losers, particularly PIB a 6 stone shiny, WOW! Hugs to those who need them.

Will get back into the swing of things from tomorrow once I've done my shopping. Need to check the Aldi Super 6 to see if there's anything worth picking up!
