    The NHS lingo is quite something! Good job someone figured it out ;). Hope you make progress soon bubbs.

    Beanie not sure where I want to get to yet. BMI now 25.2 which still makes me overweight 😭. Clothes size 14 at the mo, squeezed into sz12 jeans the other day but wasn’t very comfortable :rotfl:. Will decide on a target in Januari probably and then see how we go ;)

    Fantastic news PIBDelighted for you. Congratulations on your 6 stone shiny. :T

    You don't have to set a final target if you don't want to. You can just keep going and stop when you're ready. My aim was to get to a size 12 in a decent brand. :)

    I suppose you get to choose a hospital bubbs . At least it's progress. :)

    I wasn't that good tonight. I ate some nibbles, mostly smoked salmon and a few vegetable crisps. Maybe tomorrow I'll manage to stay properly on plan. :)

    I'm hoping today is going to be my first 100% on plan with no chocolates or nibbles. I'm out tonight but it's just my usual dancing class with no part food (I hope:(

    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS Ribena, baked beans (F), fried egg, ham (P), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L: JP (F) with cottage cheese, ham (P), beetroot and pickled cabbage (S)
    D: chicken casserole (P,S) with new potatoes (F) and butter beans (P), cauli, broccoli, kale and cabbage (S)
    Syns: cornflour 1

    Evening all :D
    Well i went and got "the" letter, tried to book an appointment none available, couldn't choose a different location like i normally can. Filled in the box and left a message for them to call back, when i did this gave the number of the local Hospital, so i ring it, no she said you need to ring the 0345 number on the letter, so i ring that number, we can't do anything because you filled in the message bit:mad::mad::mad: you should here before 25th Dec, if you don't call the local hospital number!! !!!!!!?!!

    Also while at the docs, told them i got a letter yesterday for diabetes bloods, but i had them done 3 2eeks ago although not a fasting one, ok she says i will get Anna (the diabetic nurse) to ring you back did she heck as like!!
