  • Morning everybody :).

Sorry to read you are struggling TIE, but well done on the loss. Hope you feel better soon, perhaps once work is over ;).

Hugs to bubbs too, sorry you are in pain. You are meant to end up in a better place healthwise, losing all this weight, not develop new things :o. Hope they can come up with a way of managing it.

Pretty much on plan here, WI Tuesday with party and tasters, really hoping for a 2lbs loss so eating lots of veg and not much else, well eggs ;). Thinking about xmas and how to manage, just have one day off plan with lots of treats to get it out of the way, or spread it out over several days? Think the latter is a slippery slope for me, so perhaps try to cram lots of treats into Christmas Day, then back to counting syns straight after. Anyone with more experience have any wisdom to share?

NSV just got OH to make another hole in belt, very MSE lol, still wearing baggy jeans for dogwalks etc :rotfl:.

Hope you get your consultant appointment sooner rather than later bubbs , if only to stop you self medicating with chocolate! Poor you, I'm sympathetic really. :A

I get round Christmas by buying some treats specially for me and then stuff for the family that I'm not bothered about PIB. I've got my own favourite chocolates and when they're gone that's it. I'll buy some plain crisps to go with the turkey sandwich and the others can eat the flavours. Our Christmas pudding is small so my share won't be much, then they can fill up on chocolate biscuits and milk chocolates which are too sweet for me. My dinner will be as SW friendly as any other roast except for bread in the stuffing. My pigs in blankets are half a syn for 2.:D

I've got a filthy cold today. It's been coming on for days so hope it doesn't hang around too long. :(

    Today's EE plan :
B : NAS Ribena(F), fried egg, ham (P), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: noodles (F) with stir fried vegetables (S)
D: lamb (P), SW roast potatoes and parsnips (F), leeks, carrots, red cabbage, kale, green cabbage, cauli and broccoli (S)
Syns : HP sauce 1, weekend wine (medicinal ;))
