Evening all ':D
Well i don't know why but reporting a gain of 2 1/1lb its been 5 weeks since i weighed and have eaten out etc, but the idea of getting weighed today was because i NEED a treat:rotfl::rotfl: and i will be having it!!:p
I have not mentioned it before cause all i seem to do is say this op, that op and the op im waiting for, but i have not been well for a couple of months:o i am having real problems with my arms:( i have had loads of blood tests and was back at the doctors yesterday, he seems to think i have fibromyalgia and have been referred urgently to the specialist , so should see them within 6-8 weeks

It is what it is, as long as they can get my pain under control, that is all i am worried about.

Sorry to hear you're in pain bubbs . Half a pound a week isn't bad for treating yourself. Are you still in range?
I had a great time tonight, still on a bit of a high from all the dancing so relaxing before I go to bed. I was very good at supper time and just had a few bits of dip and a drumstick that was impossible to get the skin off. Everything else was SW friendly. I did have a glass of wine but far less than an average Saturday and loads of Body Magic
Back on plan now for a couple of days. Next nibbles are on Tuesday but I'll be having dinner before I go out so will eat as little as possible. 0 -
