Maman~~thats a huge increase in the price of the milk.

Yes, massive and probably not worth it for a bit of extra now we can have 2 x HEAs.

Sorry to hear you're under the weather sary . Hope today is better. :)

I forgot to take the peppermint oil before lunch. :o I've put the capsules in the cutlery drawer so I remember before dinner when I'm laying up. :D

That's a good idea Maman. Once you get into the habit you'll get used to taking it.

I have to take tablets after food morning and night so find it quite easy now after doing so for many years. DH is useless though he still forgets unless I remind him!

Thanks for the advice Maman and Denise. I'll have some low syns days in the run up to weigh in on Saturday then, and when I restart on Saturday for next week I'll have a syn bank and subtract as go through the week. I think that might suit me better too for days when OH cooks :rotfl:

Hope you're feeling better today Sary

I took LO to the zoo today and met up with some mummy friends. I only live 15 minute walk away, so walked there, all around the zoo and home again. So plenty of body magic again today, just checked and I'm at 10,674 steps and I still have to walk to the Dr's with LO in an hour as she has an appointment for the flu nasal spray vaccine. That's a 10 minute walk there and same again back, so hopefully I can add on another 2k ish steps to my tally for today :D

Also was very good and took my own lunch rather than buying anything from the restaurant! Saving £'s and lbs! :rotfl:

B- Banana- was running late this morning and that's all I had time for
L- HM pasta in tomato passata sauce(2) and side salad, dash of balsamic vinegar for dressing
D- SW chips, LM mozzarella burger (5.5) in a wholemeal roll, vegetables or side salad, ketchup (1)
S- strawberries and grapes if peckish

HexA1- milk for cups of tea
HexA2- Cheese split between pasta salad and on burger for dinner
    HexB- Wholemeal roll
Syns- 8.5 (So long as I don't have any additional snacks later then that will balance out for yesterday)
  • I STS at WI today which I won’t lose any sleep over :). It is all a bit of a mystery how our bodies work, as I don’t feel I did anything hugely different last week to the week before, when I lost a surprising 4lbs. Will keep focussing on lots of speed, I’ve cut back on the hifi bars as my HEb, and switched to Corn Thins some days, baked oats other days. Am still recording what I eat on a daily basis, otherwise it is too easy to stray off plan ;). Anyway will keep on plodding on with everyone else :).
