    Sam

You have repeatedly been told to read the NEWBIES and follow the advice there, but instead you keep asking questions even though the answers are there in the NEWBIES for you to read.

Look at Post 3 of the NEWBIES again, and pick out ALL the template appeal points that apply. These will normally include,

    Not the landowner
No standing (no valid contract) to issue charges
    Inadequate signage
    Lack of grace periods
    Non PoFA complaint NTK
    BPA CoP failures

    anything else that applies.

Post your draft appeal here for checking before you submit it.

You know where Post # 1 of the NEWBIES thread is because you copied the initial appeal template from it.

Post # 2 of the NEWBIES deals with court, so you don't need to read that at this stage.

Post # 3 deals with PoPLA appeals, and has several ready written appeal points linked in it for you to copy and amend to suit your own case.

Post # 4 of the NEWBIES deals with debt collectors.

Post # 5 deals with commonly used acronyms and abbreviations.

You should have found all of this the first time you read the NEWBIES.

I gave you a list of the main appeal points to look for. Find the relevant link in Post 3. Open the link, copy the appeal point, paste it into your own post, then edit it to suit your situation.

Repeat for each point that is relevant.

Just scroll down. You linked to the thread yourself. The post numbers are on the right hand side. Alternatively count the posts. Post 3 is the third one down.

You are not using a phone, are you? The Newbies posts are easy to see normally.
