    i have appeal against that to UKPC but got rejected and got POLA ref. if i appeal to POLa and get rejection than i need to pay £100

    Youre told to challenge the LANDOWNER, NOT the PPC, and ask them to cancel it
    POPLA not "POLA"

    That's not what I asked though. Have you complained to the landowner or any of the retail outlets?

    Did you shop at one? If so go in and complain loudly to the manager.

    Manager is not helpful, she thinks UKPC done right thing. What shall i do now appeal to POPLA? if i appeal and gets rejected i need to pay £100.
