Failure to provide this information will give us no alternative other than to make our final decision based on the previous information received. At this stage a POPLA verification code will be provided.
There's the key paragraph - and as you're not going to identify the driver, then it will proceed as per that.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Why didnt you search for this exact same letter, on one of the dozens of threads, before bouncing this thread pointlessly twice?

Research FIRST, ask qeustions SECOND .

Everyone ignores that standard response. You await your POPLA code response.

You should read other UKPC threads as this question comes up all too often and we don't think anyone even needs to ask! We think it's obvious not to respond to that drivel.

It even says if you don't reply they will send you a POPLA code/decision, which is what you want...clear as day to me!

Why do people post this email from UKPC, it's clear there is no step needed.

How can we stop people posting about this (serious question) so we are freed up for when you really need us to check a POPLA appeal draft?

No idea why we are asked about that email by any poster...but we are.

    Dear all

I did search on other UKPC threads before asking here. Apologies to asking again.

Received the letter from UKPC saying that they have investigated my appeal and retail park adivsing drivers to park within designated marked bays so there for my appeal is concluded.

I can appeal to POLA using the POLA ref number. If my appeal rejects from POLA than i will pay £100.

Please advise what shall i do?

    Many thanks

It is POPLA and POPLA appeals are not binding upon the motorist. If it is rejected, you will likely receive letter of claim followed by court claim papers from Northampton CCBC. But that is later, go to NEWBIE sticky post # 3 and read about POPLA appeals and how to construct yours.

Was this in a retail park? If so what happened when you tried complaining to the landowner, as advised in the Newbies thread?
