We are currently investigating a number of similar complaints which have been made against Gladstones
    Significant perhaps?

We need to encourage as many as possible to pitch in too. There must be a tipping point.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

it can be emailed to the CCBC , no need for royal mail (same email as the defence went to)

if the claimant allows email, then yes email it , if not , post it first class and get a free certificate of posting from the P O Counter

the court claim form tells you where to send the documents and who to

Return your DQ to the CCBC by email using the same method and to the same address that you sent your Defence. Refresh your memory on that by re-reading post #38 above.

Send a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant - address on your Claim Form.

That's twice today I have written that. You really must look around and see what's going on.

If you mean a Mediation form, tick ''no''. This is not a debt to negotiate & settle.

read the bargepole post for what happens and whyou can have a lay rep help you on the day of the hearing

your WS can be worked on in the meantime and post it on here for advice and critique, also reference your Exhibits and costs schedule in it

your local court will direct you on those details

, like hearing date , when to get the WS + Exhibits done by etc

if you dont know what this all means , read recent winning court cases like those won today and last week
