It is still correct , you do not submit online , meaning you do not login to MCOL and copy and paste it into the box
A few years ago , you would post it using royal mail
Now they allow emailed attachments , such as a PDF , hence the instructions by KeithP in almost every court case thread
Trust what he said and email it as a pdf , plus do the same with the DQ1 -

The CCBC has told you that the Claimant has 28 days to decide whether to continue or not.
What you don't know is whether the Claimant will take two days or twenty eight days to make that decision.
The CCBC will not be sending you a DQ until the Claimant makes that response.1 -

just wanted to provide an update that i heard from SRA:
Thank you for your recent correspondence, concerning your report about Gladstones, the contents and detail of which I have noted.
We are currently investigating a number of similar complaints which have been made against Gladstones and the information which you have passed to us will be considered with all other relevant information we now hold about the firm.
Your report has now been passed to the Investigation Officer, for further investigation and an update will be provided to you as soon as possible.
Haven't recieved the DQ
