Yes #6 is always necessary. The lack of clear signs is the crux of EVERY case.

Please please just make #8 a proper sentence in your own words. Make it English! the Judge doesn't know the claim was premature so that point needs to TELL the Judge and explain why/what happened...

And I know you've copied it but you said you don't even know if there were signs so how can you say this? PLEASE make sure it makes sense:
They merely state that vehicles must be parked correctly within their allocated parking bay, giving no definition of the term 'correctly parked', nor indicating which bays are allocated to whom.

Why have you not stated that you do not believe that in 2017, this Claimant complied with the Protection of Freedoms Act Schedule 4, in terms of their Notice to Keeper wording and/or timeline, and in terms of giving prominent and adequate notice of the parking charge, and in terms of there being a relevant contract or relevant obligation.

Para 3 - "The Particulars of Claim state that the Defendant was the registered keeper and the driver of the vehicle. These assertions indicate that the Claimant has failed to identify a Cause of Action and is simply offering a menu of choices."

missing "/or" - i.e. "the registered keeper and/or the driver" - otherwise no menu.

    Not a residential site then.

You have to assume it's the same timeline that KeithP will have told you in this very thread, when the claim arrived.

The defence will be sent by the court to the claimant(s) who then have 28 days to decide if they wish to continue. If they do, you will then be sent a DQ, which you complete and in that you are able to select your local court. All this is in the NEWBIE sticky post #2 in a link marked "what happens and when".

You've alluded to it in your point 12. Exact figures can come with the evidence at WS stage.

The amount in the £189 includes the £60 Gladstones scam money
which is the abuse of process.
The scammers Gladstones know this, the courts have told them
ABUSE OF PROCESS is a big part to get Gladstones spanked again in court
