I woke up at 4.15 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep,
Finally got up at 5.15 and came downstairs and had breakfast ridiculously early. Also been to work today which I don't normally do and so am feeling a bit tired now!
rach- wedding only 8 weeks ago, how exciting!
aimee- what presents are you making?
taurus- hope you and your DH enjoy the Victorian evening
shell- love the sound of all you've been baking today.
I haven't made anything much these past few weeks, just some banana muffins. Must do something this weekend.
No flying again today. I think Monday will be a good place to start with my new routine once it's been sorted. Will give the lounge a good clean tomorrow though as like tia we are putting up the tree this weekend. We don't normally put it up so early, but my sisters and I have hatched a plan between us. I'm inviting my dad over for Sunday lunch and to keep him here a bit longer he's going to help us decorate the tree. Whilst he's occupied here my sister's are going round to his house and will paint his lounge for him. He wants it done, can't do it himself, wouldn't let us do it if we offered so we've come up with this idea. He's already picked out the colour so we know he'll like it.
Tomorrow I plan on going to a couple Christmas fairs and generally taking it easy although I do have to wrap a couple of presents very soon as my friend is over from I.O.W and we are exchanging gifts on Sunday. Must put them away somewhere safe!...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.

Right.. I have removed what I am NOT doing so have a shorter list.. notice the childrens rooms have gone lol.

Ok I am joining the strop crew, DP moaned when I complained that his electricity usage needs to come down & that he needs to stop sitting around in shorts with the heating on full, DSs being a pain when I tried to do their rooms, eventually I gave up and told them they can do it themselves. I asked Ds2 to give me one minute as I was busy when he was demanding a drink and he hit me so he's now in the bad books. Ds1 keeps swearing so I don't like him much at the minute either.
 I'll do a weekend list later as I have given myself a headache now aswell.
Hugs to those who are in need of oneok moaning over.
One day I might be more organised...........

Just wondering as we all seem to be having rotten days.
You know how when women live together their cycles start to coincide? Think it happens via online forums too? :rotfl:
Going to kill my brats. The pair of them are just acting like little spoilt bloody twits.
And take some painkillers, have cramp down my legs, which is better than my back I guess.
Kitchen has been started... still lots to do.
Pigpen get everyone told that you are not playing piggy in the middle.
Lil_me Strangly enough hubby does that too. Then moans about the bill!0 -

i am doing fish pie tia - hope I've got some spuds in i didn't think to check. I refuse to go out again in this awful weather. OH is on his way, apparently it's a crappy commuter train so he will be grumpy when he gets here, though i did get him some beer in... also realised i've left the asda shopping in the car boot....(downstairs in the rain)...OH can bring that up when he gets here, he said not to bother walking to meet the train in the rain.
BIG HUGS - to those in need. Pigpen, I'm surprised it doesn't get you down more often to be honest!
I am going to put my pjs on ( i love them!) and make the dinner, then do a 30 min rush around /challenge. OH doesn't care what the place is like but as he messes it up i prefer a clean slate before he arrives. and my mum is coming on Sunday.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Should be a very quiet Christmas then pigpen!
I don't know your son, but 16 is such a horrible age to be. Do you have any handy relatives you could lend him to for a little while??
Level 3 bathroom and cloakroom today, as feeling a little bit better. I've also managed to cook a chocolate cake and 36 mince pies for the school Christmas fair tomorrow. Just off to pick up DS2 who is helping set up. I'm looking forward to going, as it is the first time for 7 years that I don't have a committee meeting and shared lunch on the same day. They always have a theme, and this year it is James Bond, which sounds intriguing! The staff all dress up, can think of one or two who may be just suited to Oddjob or Jaws, but struggling to come up with any Bond Babes - although I hear from Ds1 and 2 that the games teacher is very pretty! It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0
