GnB... demand they do something.. if you badger them they usually give in.. make them aware it was left after the buyer refused to pay the price they had bid.. they enter a legal agreement to pay the amount they bid.. so unless it has been a genuine error.. ie they bid £300 instead of £30 then it is tough! Mention legal action for breach of contract and they soon start listening!!

I am so !!!!!! off today.. I am really flocking miserable so have done nothnig.. not a stroke... tw@tface turned up at 1pm today.. lying little piece of !!!! that he is.. I don't like him very much at the moment and all I am getting from everyone else is how flocking lovely he is.. yeah, you are only saying that because he isn't yours and you are happy about it!!.. Couldn't I just.

I don't know ANYONE who has/had a wart behaving like he is right now. He is apparently ' a bit stressed' ... well F*** me, but what does a 16 year old have to 'be stressed' about?? When he next gets his end away? Where his next fag is coming from? ... Now I have hubby wanting to kick him out and I am getting it from all sides and I am on the verge of walking.

I might kick the pair of them out.

Hugs to you both....sounds like i've past on my bad mood from yesterday to you two. Sorry!

Well, the British Gas engineer didn't turn up when he was supposed to. I phoned them up and told them to cancel him and our insurance. They gradually promised me more and more - in the end they offered 20% discount

Well, the British Gas engineer didn't turn up when he was supposed to. I phoned them up and told them to cancel him and our insurance. They gradually promised me more and more - in the end they offered 20% discount of contract and £30 cheque but I don't want the contract. He kept telling me how I needed it because it was the winter. I kept telling him I was terminating it. Eventually he realised I meant it and said he'd terminate it as a good will gesture....yeah right. I asked when I'd get the cheque to which I was told I wouldn't as that was only to entice me to stay. I suggested he should give it me as a good will gesture so I don't go round telling the world how carp they've been. He's going to look into it and 'see what he can do'.

What a fantastic service! I've written a letter of complaint.

20 minutes later the poor engineer turns up. I politely told him he was no longer required to which he said he didn't blame us as we'd been messed around so much and he'd leave the radiator for OH to fit. Like I was going to give it back!

Very pleased to see the back of British Gas and will never touch them with a barge pole again.

Bank has put 5 charges of £29 on our account because DHs salary got delayed. Phoned up to complain and they'll refund in 48 hours.

Right, I now need chocolate! x
