Well done to your children Dusty
:j Now I'm in a good mood, they're reviewing DPs progress in 3 months so no surgery for now at least, then just been on Quidco after shell mentioned it and £220 scheduled, just says 'November' and no date but hoping it arrives before Christmas! Still no word back about the 3 transactions which didn't trackanother £50+ which I don't know if I will get but happy all the same with the £220
that will make Christmas a fair bit easier!
Parcel arrived from M&S will check that in a mo, after issues others have had think it's best to check before I just throw it in the present cupboard which I keep doing
Not done much at home so far, but better than nothing, have done dailies (apart from dinner etc of course) laundry load, dogs stuff, found some paperwork I needed (need to find some more things) that is about all so far.One day I might be more organised...........

You make me feel much better. My friends say i'm mean because if mine get out of bed for no reason there's trouble. Saying that, mine are the ones that sleep through yet several of my friends are still playing musical beds and their children are 9 and 7!!! I couldn't cope!
Heehee... we still have musical beds with the 7 and 5 year olds.. I kicked DD3 (7) out of my bed at 3am today!!!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Well - I can't q-u-i-t-e remember (been a while since I last looked proper like:o) But they are too small for living room, wrong colour for kitchen, we have 2 windows in our bed room so no good there, too good for either DD2 or DS2 rooms, wrong fabric for bathroom.........but hey - I might move house one day and really, really need 'em !!

Afternoon, everyone! I'm sulking at home with yet another cold, and a nasty one, really don't feel well. This will the 4th or 5th since September, and only a week since the last one, despite taking Echinacea, and doubling the Vitamin C. I'm trying hard to eat properly, and enjoy fresh air and exercise, but can't seem to improve my resistance. Too much time in shops with germy customers maybe??! On the bright side, this will stop me from going to Boots Christmas Shopping evening and spending too much money on things that aren't on my list to get 1000 points...
DS1 also home, he has the cold, and we're trying to keep him from another full blown 'episode' (the doctors' choice of description) of not being at all himself. He looked awful at dinner last night, so I made him go straight to bed, and he looked very much better this morning, but then rough again after lunch, so I've just sent him back to bed. Rest worked last time, so fingers crossed. I do know that seeing the doctor and then trying the hospital as in March makes him very much worse, so if we can manage it ourselves, that will be best.
My sister has also had hospital treatment this week, so one of those weeks...
I've done the barest minimum of Flying; a week when it pays off having done it reasonably well for a while! I'll postpone the bathroom till tomorrow, and curl up with a book I think.:D
embb - congratulations! see you over on the Knitting thread??!!
tinselfairy - ((hugs)) You have had a very tough time. Try and treat yourself to something nice!
