I have received a response to my SAR today. Do I need to post it here? There are 242 images of my car in total across multiple alleged offences (a lot more than what are included in the claim that the solicitors have issued, I wonder why?), and about 100 letters that they reckon they’ve sent me down the years.

What should I do now? Wait for the claim or respond now?

Also both my wife and myself continue to get absolutely bombarded by phone calls from numbers that we don’t recognise. We don’t answer any calls unless we know who it is from. Is there any way I can stop this (assuming it’s the solicitor phoning)

If it shows the number on your phone then enter it here
    https://who-called.co.uk/

Make your own entry and class it as a scam call. This goes on a mega database of scammers.

As said block each number. If it shows as unknown number, once blocked it will block all unknown numbers

They will give up sooner or later just wait to see what they will do.

It just came up as an unknown number and not 0114. My wife’s missed call was 0114 but she also has some friends in the area.

CST's 'phone number on their web site is 0114 290 1400
I married my cousin. I had to...

I must say that when I get spam phone calls, I just keep saying hello, hello, hello ..... or if the TV/Radio is on, put the phone near the speaker and they can listen .... at their cost

I used to get calls for a Mr Marlow, not me of course but they have stopped since I asked them the question "why do you want to talk to my dog"

Either block the number on your phone or ignore the calls

Is there a template letter that I can send them to stop the calls? My wife is talking of changing her number but I feel that’s too drastic an action to take.

    No, just block that number.

Sorry I should have clarified, we block the numbers as soon as they call. The calls then come from completely different area codes. None of them are 0114. Every time we block one, a new one tries. It is very frustrating and my wife is on the verge of paying because of this.

Is there no GDPR way I can stop the calls? Surely it is against the GDPR to phone about a debt that not even owed as we don’t know who was the driver?
