Brown Trout... Those on here are not stupid, there is something very fishy about your response statement on here. you've been caught and battered.

I’d be rather circumspect about biting any potential hand that feeds when all the full facts are seemingly not in front of you.

There are many extremely experienced regulars here who are pretty sharp at spotting suspicious interlopers. Not one has yet called into question BT’s motives or credentials.

Are you party to details/information we don’t have?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It just came up as an unknown number and not 0114. My wife’s missed call was 0114 but she also has some friends in the area.

BT is not a PPC infiltrator and I have spoken to him personally - he is on the side of the good guys & gals. He has done some digging today to find out more about CST Law.

Bring on the claims, I say. Useless, the parking industry and their sap solicitors.

I’ve now got access to the letter. It’s actually more like a copy of War and Peace - 18 pages including wanting to know about our income and lots of other intrusive questions. I won’t be answering any of it.

I won’t be responding and will continue to ignore.

As BT correctly says, it's a LBA and you ignore at your peril because it will go to court. BT really does know what he is talking about

To get you back on track, you are being scammed by CST with a fake add-on

We would tell you if there is a "joker in the pack" and there are NO jokers on your thread

Ah right, I thought I was supposed to ignore this and wait for a court claim? My bad - thanks for the clarification. I will send them a response in the morning.

    Thanks for everyone’s help today.

Of course you can ignore the enclosure asking about income, but with a LBC you should do as the NEWBIES thread says and send the PPC a SAR so you can see their hand.

I have received a SAR response but they have asked me to provide suitable ID, such as a passport or drivers license.

I have no problem doing this however I just want to confirm that I am doing the right thing?

Also does anyone know how I can change my typo in the thread title to ‘CST Law’ as I can’t seem to edit it?

Do not send a copy of your driving licence or passport. A copy of your V5c is sufficient.
