LBA Euro Car Parks Care Of CSL Law

My wife has text me at work to say we have received an LBA asking for payment for 5 unpaid PCN’s.

I wasn’t the driver and I have dealt with PCN’s before thanks to this website so I will go about dealing with this tonight.

However I am slightly concerned as my wife has started receiving phone calls from a phone number and does not recognise based in the same city as the solicitors that the letter is from. How should we go about dealing with the calls and can they be used in evidence against us?

Sorry it’s CST Law not CSL.

Yes i posted about this earlier Its CST Law which is credit style services in Sheffield
I have off board discussions and we are not 100% sure what the case is with these, they are all via DRP , everything refers back to DRP, you cant talk to CST, so the feeling is at this stage is it not a real LBC It does include all the normal reply forms.
So in mean time do nothing, dont contact DRP and come back if you get a real court claim CST are regulated by the SRA)
Its just a case of waiting and see what happens with these CST letters......
I am not sure how they square the circle as they claim to be acting on behalf of DRP

With regards to the phone calls simply block and ignore

Thank you. I’ve not seen the letters yet as I am at work. I will have a look tonight.

I have done some quick research based on my wife’s info and I think Euro Car Parks own CST Law so I reckon they’re just trying it on.

No they are Genuine LBC's i have just had this confirmed. Lets just see if you get a court claim though

Definitely block the unknown number.

This seems to be a new tactic so hang fire for the moment.

It might be an idea to show the regulars what these letters look like. Redact them and upload them to a web hosting site such as postimages or tinypic etcetera, then paste the URL here but change https to hxxps. Someone here will change them back to a live link.
