Ok I’m confused. Someone is telling me to post the letter. Someone is telling me not to. Someone else is saying the guy who has been really helpful works for a PPC (a joke, I’m sure?)

An hour ago I was calm but now I’m getting slightly concerned that this is a real claim?

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Thanks for the clarification. That’s reassuring. There is nothing to be gained by posting the letter if you have a copy so that saves me a job.

No. Someone said Brown Trout works in the parking industry. Big difference between that and working for a ppc.

I’ve now got access to the letter. It’s actually more like a copy of War and Peace - 18 pages including wanting to know about our income and lots of other intrusive questions. I won’t be answering any of it.

I won’t be responding and will continue to ignore.

Is this another roboclaims firm and is it likely I’ll win in court if they don’t know the driver? I have ignored all letters.

I’ve also had two phone calls today from unknown numbers, I will not answer any of these calls as I assume they are CST Law.

if it is 0114 then most likely, the driver issue depends on the notice to keeper.
impossible to say if you would win in court.
just wait to see if you get a claim

For anyone who is in any doubt this is a genuine LBC

Brown Trout... Those on here are not stupid, there is something very fishy about your response statement on here. you've been caught and battered.
