Hey. No worries I’m glad you were able to get it sorted and I understand no one really understands you when you explain that you get migraines. They think you’re just using it as an excuse, it’s so frustrating. May I ask has your friend got their money back or reschedule? They should as they were in hospital during that time. Okay, so no it’s not the company’s fault but then it’s not the customer’s either.
