Yes I’ll attend this time. Last time I did forget but I had a lot to do too preventing me from attending so forgetting wasn’t 100% the reason exactly.
    Thanks :)

Well it was or else you would have rearranged before the date of the course.
  • Hi, Thanks for understanding, much appreciated. Because of my migraines I’m often left misunderstood. I explained to the training provider I get hemiplegic migraine and that was one of the reasons I couldn’t go in. The person I spoke to was really understanding and allowed me to reschedule for November for a charge of £50.

    Thank you! :rotfl: :A

Hey. No worries :) I’m glad you were able to get it sorted and I understand no one really understands you when you explain that you get migraines. They think you’re just using it as an excuse, it’s so frustrating. May I ask has your friend got their money back or reschedule? They should as they were in hospital during that time. Okay, so no it’s not the company’s fault but then it’s not the customer’s either.

I like your username by the way!
    I’ve PM’d you :A

Sorry I’m not sure if I understand what you mean. Please explain.
    Thanks

I think it was meant to say reminders, not remainders
