Yep, I've had one of those threat-o-grams too. William really doesn't like the term "threat-o-gram", so I use it frequently in correspondence.

Another day, another letter, and another phone call from these shysters.
They really are rude and aggressive and making all sorts of unfounded claims about how the debt is now assigned to them, yet they won't provide proof.
I have a reasonable working relationship with most of the operators in this industry, but the level of aggression and unprofessional attitude of these people is something else.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

You need to read several other threads:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6055359/pcn-from-2016-re-emerges
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6070953/letter-before-claiim

https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6064714/notice-of-legal-action
Ignore it if it is asking for payment to CIS. It's a fake LBC if so.
Start your own new thread if and when you get a claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
