Firstly, explain to your brother that these types get very confused when they try to scam people, just like PPI idiots.

Just block them on your phone and be done with it

Despite their silly name, in the parking industry CIS are simply pointless timewasters who cannot do anything

You don't have an account with either CIS or the PPC, all you received is an invoice so they are talking rubbish as all the debt collectors in this scam industry do

You do not owe £160 per ticket, £60 of that is a fake

Just ignore CIS and all the rubbish they spout
Only the PPC can take action

It would be good if there was a 'don't know' option in your poll. :D

What do you mean by 'legit'?

They are calling him but they are asking for me by name. They claim that they have sent me letters when they haven’t - letters arrived today dated 5th October from there company - how do I get to the sticky I need

Call now to make a payment to prevent legal action

The main issue is they have been bothering my brother on his number asking for me, as we don’t get oh he is livid as he thinks I’ve given out his mobile to them

Do I just ignore them ?

"William" at CIS in Glasgow took great exception to me after I questioned one of his new call handlers on whether the original NtK complied with POFA 2012, and was very very reluctant to provide me with a copy of the document they intend to rely on in court....

"William" also claims to have had the debt assigned to CIS, yet was unwilling to send me a copy of the Notice of Assignment to prove his statement.

"William" also initally claimed the ticket was issued in December 2015, which is odd given the vehicle wasn't registered until March 2016...

"William" has a polite but firm "GFY" email waiting for him in the morning.....
